This is my go-to whenever my body quietly lets me know it's time for a reset. If I'm feeling sluggish, my skin looks a little congested, or I simply need a fresh start, I head to my medicine cabinet and begin my favorite little ritual—a cooling spritz of Mystic Waters, a gentle facial massage with Sunshine Dew Cleansing Oil, a splash of warm water, and one final mist to leave my skin refreshed and my mind a little lighter.
